Gooyi Gooyi

I visited this Korean restaurant, which was quite disappointing. It seemed to be run by a Chinese team – I overheard them speaking Chinese. One of our side dishes, potatoes, was gone bad, so we didn't feel comfortable eating the rest, worrying about potential food hygiene issues. The tap water bottle they provided looked unclean, too.

The food itself was a letdown. It tasted heavily of MSG, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. I ordered a Kimchi stew, which surprisingly had sesame oil and a lot of sugar – ingredients not typically used in this dish. I ate because I was hungry, but honestly, it was the worst Korean food I've had.

I'd advise avoiding this place – the food was far from acceptable, didn't seem authentic, and the hygiene standards were concerning.

Food was awesome and the staff was friendly and quick. Went in early (around 7:00) and there was no wait. Do it.

Here me and my girlfriend had some of the tastiest meat we ever had (the BBQ beef for 2 people), also the kimchi Is incredible. It was out First Time trying out korean BBQ and the water Eas super helpful and patience with us, Always had a smile on his face. Grealty recomend if you find yourself in the area

We ordered Japchae which is glass noodle and beef and beef bbq set for 2.
They were amazing. The beef bbq marinated very well and so tasty.

The staff are very friendly too.

I was craving Korean bbq so I wanted to try this place. It was an overall good experience. However I was quite disappointed about the meat, it was too thin and we barely good feel the taste. For some reasons I just felt like it wasn’t as tasty as I would expect from a Korean bbq place.

We had to wait 20 minutes even if we had a reservation, but aside from that the experience was great.
We ate the beef Korean BBQ and the meat had a very tasty marinade, and also the side vegetables were pretty nice.
