Alis coffee shop by the beach

Just experienced the owners arguing to each other (tall bald uncle and aunty) using the f-words in front of us while me and my wife with 7 years old son having our breakfast. How could they arguing in front of customers with kid!? Bad customer service.

Nasi ayam is good, drinks also nice. Staffs could be more attentive.

This cafe is nice but the MANAGER/OWNER (male, tall, dark skin) is so RUDE! Again, so RUDE!

We ordered some coconut water, watermelon juice and some snacks. Waiting for more than 30minutes.

While waiting for drinks, we eat some outside food (we didn't know it is not allowed) and the staff (underage, around 15/16y) inform us, then we stop eating it.

Then after a few minutes, the manager suddenly came to us and YELLED "WHATS THE PROBLEM????" With very angry face.

We are very shocked and said what? We already stop eating when the staff inform us before this and waiting for our drinks not arrive (+-35minutes waiting)

Then he yelled again "what u all order??" and we let him know again our order. Then he just go away without said sorry or anything.

Seriously. He got NO RESPECT for other people.

Better go to other cafe, there still so many cafe nearby.

A small piece of paradise. Great ambiance among tropical trees, coconut palms and ferns. Peaceful and tranquil during the day. Loved reading my books in the shade while enjoying a coffee. Meals at sunset. Wow.

I loved it comfortable, good prices, great service, nice staff and quiet music

The place is cozy. Customers can get view directly to the beach. Indoor area is kind of dark and can be hard to find parking space depending on time and occasion. However the food is overpriced and kind of bland in my opinion. The drink is okay, good place to have some drink.
