I’ve been servicing all of my vehicles at this Dealership since 2016 and have always received great service by their staff. Always friendly, very professional, fast and very knowledgeable individuals.

Their team worked really hard over the last two weeks and got me behind the wheel of an outstanding F-150 truck of the year! I cannot even say this is my dream truck as it is FAR beyond that! They have really been huge support for someone like me who’s starting their own renovation business. What a great way to finish 2023 thanks to their hard work!

I have been getting the run around for 5 months. Ford is more than happy to continue taking my money for a car that they aren't providing. They have fumbled time and time again to provide a simple drivers window for my truck and instead of helping continue to pass the buck.

Ford Canada says to call the service
Service director says to call parts
Parts director says call sales.
Sales says they can't do anything, call service.
Meanwhile 5 months of payments and zero solutions for a simple window.

Fast and beautiful, high quality service. Nicely managed location.
They answer the phone very fast (unlike more others ford locations). It is possible to reach by phone in any department easily.
I have successfully scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday (the same week) to replace a lot of things on suspension. And it was during a busy/peak season. Everything was done fast. They had all necessary parts in stock.
Shuttle service works great and precisely.

Great service department. Sebouh, the service manager, personally looked into my car’s problem and always made me feel like a valued customer. Much appreciated. One of the pieces needed for my car was on back order from Ford and I needed to get my car running ASAP, so I suggested I buy aftermarket. They accepted installing it for me and it got my car running safely much sooner than waiting for the back-ordered piece to arrive.

Call them, next day I had an appointment and the car was delivered to me 4 days after with all the paperwork done and the car ready to go. The team that served me was great! Highly recommended
