Airport Global Hotel Frankfurt

Lovely place to stay in Frankfurt! 👏🏻

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels/hostels/inns/motels/airbnbs in my life and I’ve never seen anything quite like this!
We got to our room and the small sheets were just lying on top of the mattresses, not covering the edges, with the mattress exposed (see photos). We went back to the front desk to request more and properly sized sheets and they moved us to a different room - Which was more of a hassle really because the room had the same ill-fitting sheets! Impossible to sleep without touching the dirty mattress. I ended up putting multiple sheets together to try and cover the mattress and the large yellow stain that was exposed. Also, went to make a tea before bed and the water in the kettle was moldy.
Would not recommend a stay here unless you bring your own sheets.

When I landed in Frankfurt, I searched and found this place as the most beautiful cheap hotel closest to the airport The atmosphere was very nice The breakfast and food service The rooms were nice The friends at the reception were very kind and polite I recommend this place to everyone It is a very close and nice hotel

My family and I stayed at the hotel more than a year ago during the spring time. We stayed there because of the quarantine rules.
We had a very special situation that required an urgent medical attention. I have to note that the whole hotel's staff was very understanding.
I would particularly like to thank the hotel's manager who was very professional and welcoming. Due to his empathetic and competent attitude, we were able to receive the medical help we needed.
Besides that, I would also like to thank the cleaning staff, reception and canteen workers who were also friendly and diligent.

Cheap hotel, close to the airport. That's all I really need. The front desk lady was so nice!! We ate dinner at a Thai place next to the hotel. Very good. The hallway lights are on a sensor, so when the elevator opens the floor is very dark. Took me by surprise. I like the modern decor of the rooms. It's strange but it works. There isn't a tub and the breakfast is not free. I would stay again.

The lobby and hallways smelled horrible like a mix of rotten eggs and fish and something dying. The rooms were large but the lighting included weird neon lights that couldn’t be selectively turned off and reminded us of a strip club or disco bar. Our reservation was for a double bed and we had a room with three twin beds instead. The location is a solid 15 minutes from the airport and the area around it felt unsafe and dirty. Would not stay again.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. It was cheap for the quality, and convenient to the airport with included parking. Quick and easy check in and check out. Quiet rooms and very spacious. I did not like the neon dark blue lights in the room, it hurt my eyes. Some details could be better maintained. The parking was also a bit messy with french cars parked across lines, even though some had pins.
