West Orange Dog Park

Nice little park. Ample easy parking. Great for small and large dogs!

Love this dog park. Shaded, clean and water for dogs. Also, like the circular path that allows me to get in a good walk while my dog is offleash.

Great place to let your dog run! They have an area for big dogs (over 30 lbs) and small dogs (less than 30lbs) but, unfortunately people may have note this. There is also a “time out” area (accessible from, but not in either area) if your dog is being a problem.

Be aware people often let their “dogs be dogs” and run loose. Some can be aggressive towards certain dogs or even people with owners not dealing with the issue. Rare but it has happened so be prepared!

No restrooms for you so “rest” before you come.

For your dog, well, they can go anywhere so the city thoughtfully has provided nice bags for you to clean up after your dog. Please don’t leave “landmines” for others.

I love this park because I get to chase my dog non stop, and it has a pretty forest next to it!!! It also is great for a picnic with your friends and family.

The dog park is composed of sand and mulch with a few interactive and enrichment items for dogs to enjoy. The community is mostly respectful, however it is important to note some people do bring aggressive dogs. Always keep an eye out on your animal. The plastic disposable poo bag vending stations and water bowls help keep the dogs cool and clean especially in this heat. There are covered tree areas and a pavilion, however furry friends do tend to join you on top of the table.

Nice dog park! There's a time out area for the dogs too lol, and a basket of tennis balls and other misc throwing toys which is really cool.

There's a short trail that leads to the soccer fields.
