This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This is the one located in Star Market. The girl there couldn’t figure out how to scan the Starbucks app so I could NOT get my points. She said the scanner “didn’t work”, but I don’t think she knew what she was doing since I’ve never had this problem anywhere else.

I was craving a small treat, but the cake pops I was thinking about getting had flys walking around on them so I did not order any. I only got a refresher drink that seemed sweeter than usual.

Nice small Starbucks! The service is a bit slow, but the staff is very polite!

This review is for the "supposed" Starbucks inside the Chestnut Hill Star MKT. Do yourself a favor, go up the street to the full Starbucks inside the Wegmans plaza. This one is a Star Mkt "Starbucks" staffed by indifferent and least caring Star MKT employees, not Starbucks baristas and the level of service and final product shows..

I spilled my coffee everywhere as soon as I left the store and they honored making me new one. Might not be particular to this store but the girl was so nice about it.

The barist Chip is the worst employee ever , i wanted to order two drinks, and he wasn't patient and he was just shaking his head. I was looking at the app to scan my qr code for rewards and he immediately refused to do so with an attitude. He shouldn't be working if he treats customers like an attitude

Shiela is the bad staff overthere with bad attitude,always show her unprofessional demeanor to customers!
My friend ordered coffee and asked for milk since they posted not to put condiment out unless asked and Shiela told her she would charge for it. What kind of service it is?!??
Today I saw her tried to carry boxes so I stopped and gave her way but she let me go first with moody tone and gossiped about it to another customer,really ?
She did not even realize that I gave her way so she didn’t have to carry heavy stuff that long. Not even said thank you but also showed attitude and talked bad about me.
