Wayland Square Diner

Waited 15 minutes and only get a coffee. The guy in a hat(I think he’s the owner or something) wanted to call orders, take orders, and get a check all on one guy and blame his mom for not serving faster. You can’t hire couple people only for them to walk around with the coffee pot and prevent them from taking orders. Horrible Horrible. It used to be more crowded and those capable woman served things faster. You can’t do anything on your own my guys.

Food is excellent …they were short staffed so we waited over an hour to get our food. It was worth the wait. We will go back again.

Found this diner in a travel guide, received a high rating. A bit of a drive to get to and street parking in the area is tight, due to other businesses. The diner is located in a strip of attached businesses. It’s cute on the inside. Old fashioned feel to it. The food was okay, a little light in the serving size. I was still hungry afterwards. The one negative was one of the wait staff was incredibly bothered about something and was sharing the thoughts with the air. Otherwise, they were fine with the customers, but walking into the waitstaff’s annoyance was a little stressful. If I return, I would order something different. I would recommend, it is a cozy diner.

The food was very delicious Although rare for a hamburger was not possible but it was still delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want good food at a good price Do yourself a favor and try it out. You'll love yourself for it

Food is good but I was definitely uncomfortable when the cook came out of the kitchen and started talking about racist conspiracy theories with one of the waitresses.

One of the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Yesterday waiters arguing with each other infront of customers & yelling right in my ear across the restaurant asking what kind of soup they have SO PROFESSIONAL The food came out & 2 minutes after the bill was placed on the table like rushing us & not ONCE did a waiter checked on us & they expect a tip? You dont deserve a penny more

They closed an hour early after I paid for parking. Literally parked in front of their door. Won't go back. But cool Irish pub up the road and GREAT bakery across the road
