Empire Cruises

I just had my daughters, sweet 16 with Empire cruises, and may I say it was the most easiest and pleasurable experience. From Greg, who helped me from time of booking to the captain, and to Kenny and his crew who took care of me on the boat, my experience was exceptional. If you were thinking of having an event or a party with Empire, I would highly recommend it. I will definitely have future events with Empire cruises. Thank you so much everyone for such a great night.

Just want to start off by saying that Greg, my initial contact, was fantastic! He was responsive, followed up on my requests and made the whole process seamless. Kenny, the manager of the boat was also very professional and assisted the day of with important info, and management during the trip. And Mamadou, the GM, followed up by clearing up some issues we had. So all in all, hospitality and service get a 5 star rating. The boat ride itself is amazing. This was a company outing from Greenwich, CT for the staff of a country club that rarely gets to NYC so it checked all the boxes for them, (views, alcohol and dancing). This outing is not about the food which was a bit underwhelming.

I cannot recommend Empire Cruises enough. From start to end, they made booking, planning, and hosting my event a breeze. From working with me to find the right setup to making the process as convenient as possible, the entire experience felt incredibly easy as they accommodated all my needs.

I specifically booked my event on the Lucille, and the boat was exactly as expected and made for a great time. The boat manager Kenny in particular was amazing from start to end. He not only was incredibly responsive and organized, but also brought great energy that helped make for a fantastic time. I cannot recommend working with him and Empire Cruises overall enough. Looking forward to booking with them again in the future.

I hosted my husband’s surprise birthday with Empire Cruises. I could not have asked for a better boat, crew and experience. Kenny was my main point of contact. He was the captain and ensured that everything ran smoothly. His communication was impeccable and his crew was professional and so helpful. The Lucille boat was very functional as the bottom level was used for dining and the top level for dancing. All our guests were so happy with their experience and could not stop complimenting how great the night was. I would recommend Kenny and his crew for anyone wanting to do a boat party. It was a great New York experience!

Ronny, Sal, and the rest of the team went far lengths to take great care of us. We held this party at a time when the wildfires from Canada caused smoke to linger over NYC. Everyone was worried. Ronny stuck with me through it all as the skies cleared up and we held our most successful event ever. They were patient with us. We had specific wants and needs. They curated and catered a special event to meet our requirements and our entire community could not be more thankful. People that could not attend, people that cancelled, people that heard about this event from the far reaches of our community, all want to be a part of this as we make this an annual event. We will need a bigger boat for next year, that’s for sure! Here are some photos from the event below.

We hosted my daughter’s Sweet 16 on the Lucille operated by Empire Cruises. The crew was great. Capt. Kenny reached out a week before to touch base and answer any questions. On the day, he and his crew worked seamlessly to help us host 75 teenagers. DJ Ray (arranged by Empire Cruises) was amazing and kept the kids entertained throughout. There was a Photo Booth too on board that the kids made the most of. It was the perfect setting for a special birthday celebration - highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Empire cruises for a work event. They were really easy and great to work with and quoted me very quick. Not only that but they were less than the competitors and had more to offer so I ended up booking the Lucille.

First off, Kenny was the best! He was my main POC on the day of the boat and on the boat itself. He made the event run so smooth that I really didn't worry and equally got to enjoy myself. I really wanted to go see a few spots for photos and Kenny made sure the captain took us there.

The food was way more incredible than I could have imagined. We went with the Italian food package and everyone was saying the food was spectacular.
We did the premium bar for our event and it had all the basics covered for a large group, nothing too fancy.

Overall it was a great experience and I will 100% be using them again when we have another large team event. I got so many emails after from colleges saying it was one of the best planned events for my company and I have empire cruises to thank for that!
