Kaplan is the best place to study in the USA

Customer Service - awful! The materials might be sufficient but good luck getting through to customer service. Even worst is figuring out which of the different Kaplan websites is the one you need. They have numerous disassociated/confusing websites that don't direct you if you're using the wrong one. If you need their help on the weekend (for ex. before a Monday exam date) good luck reaching someone!
