RAT INFESTED ROOMS

We saw a rat in the bathroom and then later found out that a backpack of our which was left on the floor was chewed and here is the picture.

The management acknowledged that rats are an issue and apparently they had several traps already installed. However they refused to acknowledge their blame in this and issue any refund.

The best hotel in Armenia. Perfect location, the best staff, various options of food❤️

Unfortunately due to the kitchen the review is low. Everything else is nice. Nice people and other guests but the food is terrible, the service of the staff in the restaurant is horrible and rude. Today I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich which was three stale breads with one tiny piece of meat and veg on it. Also a little disappointing was the children’s room which was dirty and with not many toys. Those that are there are very old and broken. The nature and the church are the best part.

If you are up to getting lost in the nature with only trees and birds as your friends, and yet with comfort a hotel can offer, this is the place to be. :)

A funny little Soviet resort which is partially falling apart but also has many fully functional facilities. Bar is expensive but the food is generally good. Stayed here for a week and the food was always Armenian but modern without being too special. Beautiful mountains around

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Very family friendly place. Breakfast and dinner included. A great place to take your small kids for a few days. There are even some fun stuff for teens (see pictures).

🌲 Unlike other places in Aghveran, this one is far away from the main road, up in the forest.

👴It was called SovMin in the Soviet times. Each cottage used to be dedicated to a certain minister.
