Starbucks

This used to be my go to local Starbucks, I even preferred them compared to corporate stores, I stopped going here a year ago when I moved for work, this place is the complete opposite than it was a year ago. These new baristas are not friendly and they don't have this skills or training that the old team used to have. Clearly management is an issue as well. The old team was attentive and would re make any drink without an issue and the store was always clean. This store was really at its peak in 2022. I would constantly go here for the constant drink quality and the smiling baristas. I don't remember the old baristas names but props to them and their old manager for actually having the Starbucks experience.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. The barista made our drinks cold instead of hot and instead of remaking them properly he heated up the melted iced drinks. Douche.

This is a very small store, in the back of macys. Looks to carry the full range of snacks/cabinet food.

Honestly Starbucks is awesome .. my review is about this place’s specific. It’s nasty to have a coffee here , no hygiene whatsoever and the baristas have terrible people skills. Avoid at all cost , don’t Ruin your Starbucks experience

Uf, there is no even one Starbucks so far in Miami that treat the costumers with courtesy...do we have to go up to northern States to be treated and attended properly?

Im a regular customer i go to my nearest starbucks everyday to get my venti dragon drink without ice and always ask for ice on the side so today my starbucks was closed so i had to go to the one by the mall and when i asked the guy for a venti without ice and asked for my ice on the side as i always do he gave me half a venti and told me since i was not getting ice on it that was suppost to be it and if i wanted filled up i had to pay extra i will never go back to that starbucks i did not catch this guys name but this is bad business i will also complaint to the better business bureau about this bad customer service

Starbucks is my favorite time of the day it gets me ready for the day ahead and that is why i need to write this review. I usually go to 1750 W 37th St, Hialeah, FL 33012 Target and they are amazing they usually have one barista and they do everything with perfection . Now this starbucks usually have 2 to 3 and they take forever to give you the order and then they never make the order correctly .They gave my order to someone else what happens if that person is allergic ??? Third time they dont have the top for my order i bought a cup they did not have it and then i go again and they dont have for the food i order. .Hopefully they read this and they try to get better .
