My daughter has stomach pain. We took her into the ER on the weekend and they gave her a prescription for the pain. And said if it doesn’t help in a week to have her come back to the ER. I called my doctors Monday to get a gym excused letter for my daughter for the week, and my doctor is REFUSING, to give her a doctors excused note until she sees my daughter in her office!! So I said okay, but then they can’t get her in until NEXT MONTH! And today is the 15th! WOW! It just shows how much they really do CARE! SO I TOLD HER I GUESS I’ll be taking her back to the ER then cause they can’t seem to fit MY CHILD in for a quick check up until next month! SHES IN PAIN!! My gosh! So yes I give them a ONE ⭐️! SMH!

I have been a patient here over the past 15 years and go in as needed. Every 1-2 years that I do have to go to the doctor I am told I am a new patient and they are unable to get me in the same day. I only use the doctor as needed, and typically need it to be same day as I have come down with a illness and need to get medicine to get better (sinus infection, strep, Covid).
The last time I went in they had me do new paperwork, assigned a new doctor, and then I am told I have to do the same less than 2 years later and they have no record of my last visit. Glad I only have minor illnesses and ailments that dont require documentation. On top of being refused service, Kelly actually hung up on me. Glad I've been a consistent patron for the past 15-20 years only to be treated like a stranger everytime I call. My family will no longer be using this office

The doctor I seen was very knowledgeable and considerate about my concerns. She listen to me and took my Aquarius seriously. She's definitely one of my top favorite health care providers. The staff are very friendly, even getting my lab done was comfortable and pleasant. The lab technician has a kind spirit. I had altogether a good experience. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of scheduling another appointment at checkout. It would be more convenient for people checking out to have a window in a separate area than the check in line. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Switched to this location and have been seeing NP Knafel. She is a wonderful NP dedicates her time to you completely! All the staff including the NP have always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend NP Rachel Knafel!
