Expect this noise any time and any long duration in Scala Tower

Location is lovely depending on the view from the balcony. Building common areas are moderately managed better than some other towers in Business bay.

All Fake reviews with no comments and 5 stars. This is the WORST building to stay , AC , Water , Lifts everyday there is an issue , it's been months that one of the lift is not working. The security doesn't even bother to say Hi or smile , even if you say hi they don't even look at you. Changing the sofa and carpet in the corridor will not make any difference!! the management is too bad they don't even care about the issues in the building no matter how many times you complain. I wish I knew before moving to this building. only the views are good from balcony but in summer its too hot because AC doesn't work but bills are high, for 1 BHK you need to pay AED 850 to 900 in summers and 500 in winters. Dewa and Gas is another bill. Please don't move here in SCALA without all your checks.

The building has very bad management. ive been living here for 3 years, each year they are getting worse, theft and vandalism happens in the parking, all elevators shut down frequently, many many water leaks, AC is very bad and shut downs frequently as well

The building very bad Managment ,every other day lift not working , I am one of the tenant of this building !! The apartment is beautiful but the A.c. (Air conditioning) extremely very bad 😤 by the owner tried allot to fix but no results so have to improve this two things very very important! 🙏did the complaint to building no results , there are some contractions going on so allot of noise, no matter how much you wanna keep it clean house and balcony every day with full of dust ,chiller,and Deva very expensive as well ,when you going out to the door light in corridors always off have to wait for auto open by any chance coming to stay on yearly base please check this things !! Super bad experience 👎🏻
