Des gens très sympathiques, je suis allé certifier des copies conformes Xerox et la commissaire à l'assermentation était absolument polie et professionnelle. Ils ont tout fait avec rapidité et avec le plus grand soin des clients. Merci beaucoup.

L'amabilité des employés en charge des petites créances n'a d'égal que la qualité de leur francais parlé. Réellement, notre fierté locale.

Went to get certified copies of birth certificates for my citizen documents. The staff are so incompetent, not only did they not have a clue what they were supposed to do - but they did everything wrong.
I wonder if it was on purpose.
Do not trust this place to properly manage your documents. They are poorly trained, uneducated, and a waste of government funding.
Maybe if they could take a break from eating all day to do their jobs, they wouldn't be so painfully incompetent.
So, a big THANK YOU to the failures at the Granby courthouse for making the USA look like an efficient machine as opposed to lunch break on the short bus.
