These guys are great! Professional and fast. My painting was framed perfectly and looks so much better than I could have hoped. Definitely coming back here when I need another frame job.

My friend and I walked in because we were drawn in by the gorgeous bags. Owner didn't greet us, looked right past me and only greeted my friend. Its weird to ignore a person of color when you display mostly African inspired art. Definitely won't be patronizing this art gallery.
Down graded from 2 stars to 1 for misrepresenting what happened to make themselves sound good. Here's my original review: 'Framed my picture with the completely wrong frame and board and did not apologize.'
The complete story is I selected a gold frame with a charcoal board which they said would be ready on a Friday. Went in on Friday and the frame was done with a black frame and white board. I told them it was wrong, they told me to come back the next day for the correct frame and did not apologize for their mistake. When I went back the next day they'd done the frame right but I didn't like it - what I thought were a couple of scratches on the frame sample was an intentional distressed look. Other frame samples definitely have scratches on them. All I wanted was a plain painted gold frame. They didn't have one and I couldn't find anything else I liked, so I accepted what I had and left.
I then posted my review about the wrong frame and not getting an apology. The guy started calling my cell non-stop and finally left a message saying he'd spoken to the company and would get a plain gold frame in for me and I should bring it in on Wednesday. I didn't respond to him because he only made that offer once I posted the review and I expected he would ask me to take the review down in exchange for fixing my frame. Then they responded to my review making it sound like they never framed it with a black instead of gold frame and it was me that was the problem. Good customer service means hearing feedback, owning your errors and committing to do better.

Loved the artwork. I could fill my home with the beauty of this place. All my favorite artist from Leroy Campbell and beyond.
