I need a housing transfer and/or a new HRA 2010e Form; I have been asking for two years now. I have severe mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities and physical disabilities. One of your clients/residents at BCS’ Sea Rise "Supportive Housing Program" threatened lethal harm to me, I don't feel safe and am afraid for my life. Tracy Coit hasn't helped me in two years. I haven't received ANY service since being a BCS client at Sea Rise "Supportive Housing Program" in Coney Island Brooklyn. Lastly, the staff at Sea Rise don't respect me or my sexuality and I feel harassed, humiliated, disrespected, ignored, discriminated against and unsafe. I'm in a wheelchair and one elevator was broken for over 3-months and BCS did nothing. There are only 2 elevators in a 200-unit building. Both elevators were down for two weeks. They just fixed the second elevator a week ago. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

The BCS shower bus hasn't been the same since Nicole and Cadet quit BCS. Thankfully, they hired them back. It's one of the smartest decisions BCS has ever made. Just ask all the homeless people they helped. However, BCS seems to have forgotten why they quit previously. If BCS management doesn't start treating them with the respect and monetary compensation they deserve they will lose them again. Without those two, the shower bus program is done.

Most of the positive reviews are fake. BCS has employees writing positive reviews on this site. Go to Indeed and see the real reviews of current and former BCS employees for yourselves.

The CEO is not a good person and she treats her employees like trash. Why do you think there is such a high turnover of staff?

They put their employees' safety at risk, in violation of numerous OSHA regulations and policies.

I really liked the program. I liked being with everybody there. Evverybody was so polite. The s5taff were veery understanding. Thank you!
