Took our 12 year old and a group of his friends for midday general admission for two hours and they had a blast! Tons of gaming choices, super helpful staff, clean facilities, chill music - we can't wait to go back!

Loved my time here! My sister and I came here on a rainy day and booked a 4-hr session and VR session. Not only were the prices unexpectedly low, but there were snacks, a huge game library on every console and multiple consoles to choose from. Such a cool vibe in this place too with lighting and decals. There’s a small charge to note which is for bringing games downstairs to the larger TVs but it’s a small $5 fee for more comfort and the larger screen. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful to younger kids who struggled in a game, and were very attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you like games or want a fun time with friends (or siblings lol).

This place does not understand the basics of customer service. View people as people and understand human nature. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED.

Had an amazing experience at the gamers club for my twins 9th birthday party. Staff was attentive to all of our needs and the kids had a blast. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

Great place to take your gamer kids on a rainy day. Inexpensive entertainment, very small so you don’t have to keep a nervous eye on your kid. Bring a book, you’ll actually get to read it! Any difficulty the kids have with the games, there’s a helpful young man to immediately help out.

Customer rep (Steven) is very rude and talks down to my daughter who is 10 years old and told her not to touch the games back in September 2022 until she pays. We were there looking to give a party there for December 2022. I let that slide and still let her go there because she really liked playing the games there. Today we went back there and she wanted to play the spider man game on the big screen and he lied and said it was not available then I looked at the monitor and no one was on the big screens. Then he said "Oh yes they are available but you have to pay a up fee of $5.00 to use them " There was no signs stating that there was a price change and every time we have been there was never a extra fee for the screens downstairs. Its really sad my daughter will never return back to Gamers Club in West Hempstead due to unprofessional & rude customer service rep Steven!!! We will spread the word to her classmates and parents. I feel awful I spent over $700 for her birthday there in December.

An absolute gamers paradise!! 🥰 Walk-in $20. for 4 hours. Place has snacks and beverages for sale. Air conditioned, clean and great music! I've been twice in 1 week. If your kids are into video games this place is great for them. Fun for all ages if you're into games.
