UNSERIÖS!!! NICHT BUCHEN. Wurde bestellt für 3 Uhr. Hab am Tag zuvor nochmal angerufen, da keine Bestätigungsmail kam. Uns wurde die Abholungen am Telefon nochmal versichert. Nichts kam an und auf Anrufe Antwortet niemand.

Sehr pünktlich, sehr freundlich, im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern preisgünstig, Fahrzeug zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Wer schicki-micki und neustes Auto verlangt, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Wer einfach nur sicher, freundlich und pünktlich an den Flughafen möchte, ohne dafür schon die Urlaubskasse zu sehr zu strapazieren, ist hier richtig.

Extremely poor service and total lack of communication. Despite the fact that we've received a confirmation (one day prior) of the booked services our guests waited at the airport for the shuttle service, unfortunately without success. When trying to contact the offices of Shuttle services Düsseldorf and asking for an explanation, nobody answered the phone, not on the regular office number and neither by mobile phone. An E-mail from us, asking for a explanation has neither been replied to. Conclusion: never again!
