Amazing welcoming and service and highly professional with suitable prices

The staff needs training. I won't mention the individual publicly, but I will inform the business through other means if required. I went in to pick up my suits that had been altered. We asked about the alteration and whether it was done correctly. The employee we spoke to was extremely rude. He didn't want to listen and had a terrible attitude towards us, despite our friendly approach. It seemed like he had no interest in serving us at all. We requested a measuring tape, and he disappeared for 5-6 minutes, engaging in conversations with other customers. We had to remind him again to get us the measuring tape. Moreover, when we asked for a different size for trousers, he made a weird face and looked annoyed. However, when we came a day before, we spoke to Ahmad, who was very helpful and did his job well. We spent almost 1700dhs in this shop and definitely expected better service. Overall, the shop itself offers good products, but the staff seemed indifferent. Besides the cashier, hardly anyone speaks English (which isn't a huge issue, but it becomes a little difficult when you're trying to make them understand something). Once again, thank you to Ahmad for making the shopping experience somewhat better for us.

The clothes here are affordable and quiet nice. However I have come across a staff who was rude. He would not listen.He was not a good guy. 2 starts are less for him. Mentioning I am not a hard customer. However there is also a guy who was very friendly and had a welcoming smile. This guy does not speak much english but gets the work done.
