Some of the freshest food in Harlem! I love it here. Their Moroccan Chicken got me hooked, but now that started making that Salmon🤤 I’m there several times a week!! The slightly seasoned veggies are also amazing!!

I loveeeeeeeee this place ! They always make me feel welcomed ! They share with me their knowledge of the products and the food is amazing ! Water is top shelf !!! Black owned !

Place was cool and well-priced. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helping. To call the food good would be an understatement.

This is where we went when pandemic started, and it’s where we went when my boyfriend tested positive for covid last week. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and though a little sticker shock can occur in pricing, every dollar spent here has been so worth it! I wish my insurance would let them be my primary care physician! And the bottle pictured below, should just be called “Magic”!!! Grateful to have access to a place that enables holistic healing and herbalism at its finest. Thank you guys so much for just existing!

RUDE ! Usually come here to purchase my elderberry without any issue. My mother recently was looking for a place to buy sea moss and I recommend them. When she called who ever picked up was extremely rude to her .she first requested pricing for made sea moss ,then she requested the price for the raw sea moss . After asking about the raw sea moss man on the phone went on to tell her she was asking to many questions and Said she would need to come in for the price . He seemed very annoyed by her asking . Who comes in to ask about pricing for a item?Especially during a pandemic! Extremely poor service . Lost a potential customer and a current one . Avoid at all cost if you value decent customer service !

I have been frequenting health food stores for over 20 years all over Manhattan. This place is by far the best tasting healthy food I’ve eaten. Not only is the staff some of the best people I’ve come across, they have a lot of great products from mouthwatering watermelon to lip-smacking sorrel to freshly, hot roasted nuts! Another bonus is the “Seated Specialist” they have in house that will take away your pain and start your body on a path of rejuvenation. If you’re ever in Harlem you need to stop by. Forget that: go to Harlem, stop by.
