Absolutely outstanding! We ordered a single tier cake and a bunch of cupcakes for our wedding and everything turned out perfectly! All our guests were raving about how good the cupcakes were.

Working with Stephanie was so easy and she understood exactly what we were looking for.

Such a wonderful local bakeshop! The treats are delicious-- lots of unique flavours, and not overly sweet. They also have some vegan options which I appreciate! My personal favourite is the berry oat bar which is vegan and gluten-free, and very tasty!

I have brought Ampersand cupcakes to a few gatherings, and everyone is always so impressed by the quality and flavours. It's great for me, since I am a terrible baker, but I still get to be the hero of every family gathering by bringing these cupcakes ;)
They also carry some really beautiful party accessories like candles, cards, plates and napkins. It's SO handy to be able to scoot in, grab some cupcakes, candles and a card! I actually go here just to buy birthday cards sometimes because they're such nice cards.

The owner is also super sweet and is always improving the space. She's made the bakeshop into such a welcoming little local spot, and I genuinely look forward to my visits. Definitely recommend!

I love these cupcakes so much! Just the perfect ratio of cupcake, icing and sweetness! The staff there are also super lovely and helpful. I have a newly rescued dog who has a lot of anxiety so when I am walking with him I cannot leave him outside to go in. The staff have let me call to let them know I am there and they have been able to take my credit card in to tap for payment and then bring me my cupcakes outside to where I am waiting with my dog. I appreciate it SO MUCH as adopting a new rescue dog has a lot of new situations to navigate.

Wonderful space and delicious treats!
Brought my 3 year old here for a birthday outing and the staff were so great with her. We each had a cupcake and a drink - all delicious and reasonably priced. She played at the cute train table setup and we spent time there. Even as she made a little mess the server didn’t mind at all and ensured we felt welcome. Will absolutely go again and recommend to a friend!

The cupcakes here are amazing! My personal favourite are the blueberry french toast cupcakes. The staff is also wonderful. I ordered a few sets of cupcakes for my small wedding reception and the cupcakes looked beautiful. Stephanie is so kind and easy to communicate with as well.

We absolutely loved our experience working with Ampersand. We've always shopped here for cupcakes and were so pleased to find out that wedding cakes were an option. We went with the Paper Ruffle cake. It was dreamy and delicious! Perfect for our intimate evening.

Seriously DELICIOUS cupcakes. I’d been to the store a couple times (I live in the area) and decided to reach out to Stephanie on pretty short notice (within a month) after deciding last minute to have cupcakes in lieu of cake at our wedding. I loved how transparent the pricing was online.

They were a huge hit! I feel like the only photo we have (so far) doesn’t do them justice. She helped to really dress them up so they looked very glamorous for the night ! Stephanie also was able to loan us a cupcake stand for a reasonable fee, and looked after delivery as well.

The Whiskey Chocolate Caramel in particular was delicious. As other reviewers have mentioned, the icing is SO good. I was also blessed to be able to take a few home and they held up really well after a couple days in the fridge ! (Well sealed).
