A tired 5 star hotel. Not clean. We stayed here for one night with an infant. The room was the furthest from an elevator, which made it inconvenient to bring our suitcases. There were only four towels in the bathroom, I guess the baby wasn’t suppose to take a shower. During the breakfast, we had to hold our baby on hands, as there were no the second baby dining chair. The breakfast has a very limited choice of food. For the price this hotel charges, the service is not suitable. Not recommended.

Good hotel in the very center. Little bit dated rooms and the spa was closed

Really nice hotel with classic Russian style. Staff are so friendly even we can't talk each other due to different language. 👍👍👍

The hotel is grand and not pricy and the bed was very comfortable. BUT all the receptionists need to be booted back to hospitality school, worst service ever.

Excellent hotel and well placed! Have to mention the beautiful young lady maybe manageress with excellent English in the restaurant and bar. Very helpful indeed.thank you

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. No amenities, the gym has hardly any equipments and even the swimming pool has extra charges.
