A special little town with warm friendly people beauty and culture. Juanita at city hall is so friendly welcoming helpful. She always goes above and beyond to help me.
Jamie and staff act as if they’re the queens and the public should bow down to them. They should understand that they are public servants and are getting paid to do a job. Very unprofessional
Jamie needs trained along with the staff on american rights along with other customer service people .. Americans fund these places and they should be more welcoming to everyone.
Employees at city hall, Jamie and her employees are very disrespectful to the citizens and wouldn't help get the information needed. Very disrespectful to the public that needs public knowledge
Rude, unprofessional, inappropriate behavior, need to start over with a whole new trained staff.
Dealt with the staff for a number of years. I have nothing but high praise for everyone that works there. Always professional and courteous.
