Went to court after a failure to appear for not mowing my lawn, which arrived in the mail the day before a warrant so I thought they had just moved it. Paid the warrant, went to court today. The prosecutor and the code enforcer were incredibly rude. I attempted to answer a question posed by the prosecutor as to why I haven’t mowed my lawn and while I was attempting to answer his question by telling him I have a disability that impedes my ability to complete any task and that it has become borderline debilitating in the last year *after my mother died* but I’m taking (and adjusting) to medication for it for the first time, he interrupted me to tell me that it didn’t matter (he said those exact words; “it doesn’t matter, we’re not talking about last year, we’re talking about since July, it’s december”). Why did he ask then, and what kind of person are you that you can look someone in the eye and say that the death of their parent nor their disability matters when it directly correlates to the issue you have been hired to get to the bottom of? He also said under his breath “Jesus Christ..” about me getting upset before he realized I hadn’t left the zoom breakout room. Rude, trashy, unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Shame on you Thomas Lanza. Do better or move out of the way so a better human being can do your job.

I got a court day for a fine that I’m not guilty for I never receive the email for the video court sow they changed my court day now I provide my correct address to make sure I don’t miss court and not get a warrant but still I did not got the court day at the mail they still send it to the wrong address sow unprofessional that’s playing with my freedom who can help with this issues it’s sad

My son was sent a violations notice in the mail that he failed to appear in court on a failure to posses a driver's license or registration during a motor vehicle stop. I personally called the court for him and notified them of his not guilty plea. He was never pulled over or issued a summon . Was given a court date of 5/22/19 @ 5 by the clerk. Showed up today ahead of time to find out that the clerk did not enter his plea as she stated on the phone. Her attitude was very unprofessional and admitted it was a mistake which is acceptable but it's her demeanor and attitude that's unacceptable. people already have issues with going to court to have to deal with nastiness. unacceptable. You can't have a job where you are suppose to put in important info that a person pleads which by you not putting in the court important info someone could have there freedom taken from them or a arrest warrant or a fine because you lacked on your job.
