Secaucus Municipal Court

I have NEVER in my life been talked to in such a disrespectful manner. I parked in a handicapped parking spot at Kohl's after I had dropped my mother off at the door. I did not know that was illegal, as she is permanently disabled and we have the placard. Bc she was not in the car when I parked - I was BERATED. I apologized and the prosecutor threatened to pull the tapes on me, said he is not opposed to putting me in jail, his words were that "I hope your mother needs a spot one day and cannot get one bc of someone so arrogant and selfish as yourself"
I am 48 years old, I have never had a ticket or violation like this ever. I didn't kill anyone, I pleaded guilty with apology. No one deserves to be spoken to in this manner. Murderers cannot be caught on camera, but they were going to get me at Kohl's. It's really a disgrace that we continue to let this man work in this position. He is a bully who need to be reviewed.

I Had Tickets mailed to me back in 2012 and out of nowhere found it out in 2016 pleaded not guilty due to the fact that the car dealership that I was working for is responsible for them but scared me and even threaten to use report me to Immigration to pay for those tickets the judge was a blonde female, they are all in it they do not care whether you are guilty or no they only care about their eager and money. Constitution does not exist there. I will never forget this and I am going to law school to held these kind of corrupted public officials responsible.

If you are disabled, please remember to display your handicap hangtag in the mirror. If not, it will cost you $35.00 for not displaying it and $33.00 for court costs. This has got to be a violation of the American Disabilities Act.🤬

The town of Secaucus is racist and will scare you into things without the state being able to prove them. This is a racist town you feel the vibes driving thru, the police force literally will profile out of towners. They made me feel like they did me a favour in throwing out a case that they could not prove and still I was suspended I will defiantly be appealing this case in a superior court, too many cray variables with this racist town

Delt with a rude prosecutor Michael Bukatman. Who spoke to me in such an unprofesisonal manner. Talked to me like I was a child. Not a cent of tact or discernment in his voice. I know he does not represent the whole establishment but anyone like that will bring nothing but vitriol and disdain for the court systems.

Had a parking ticket. Prosecutor puts words in my mouth that I hadn't mentioned. Very rude prosecutor and has a lack of respect towards others. Note to the prosecutor and this may sound cliched but WE PAY YOUR SALARY. If you have a parking ticket be prepared to spend all day and deal with rude prosecutors and judges.
