Ann Van Middlesworth Park

Great little park. We stopped there on a break from a nearby lacrosse tournament and had fun on the playground and dock over the cute lake. Lots of families with young kids hanging out there even on a slightly chilly day.

Been fishing here for years recently within the past 6 months I’ve came out every day of the each month…Haven’t cause any fish.. it’s not that im bad at fishing I’ve caught plenty of channel catfish, catfish, croppie, large mouth bass, I have seen a carp or two in here…seems like the population is gone.? Either anglers taking fish out of this pond or non proper ways of catch an release. Line and bobbers all over the place… line free floating in water hooks line you name it…. it’s sad to see such a pond that was filled with plenty of species vanish. I’ve hesitated to leave this review to believe it a couple tries but theirs a serious issue this year theirs no more fish in this pond needs to be restocked.

I've been going to this park since I was a kid. As someone with anxiety and triggered by noise due to my autism. This place is a great escape to relax and have fun enjoying nature.

AVM Park is a gem for families! It’s our favorite spot for kids’ playtime. The playground is nice, and there’s a lovely walking trail along with a peaceful pond adorned with charming water fountains. We can’t get enough of this place!

Hidden gem in Hillsborough for everyone who seek peace and nature. There are many famous park nearby like Colonial Park but I recommend this one if you have toddlers at home. This one is less crowded, clean and beautiful❤️

Cool park. Now has the sensory garden. One of the trees in the sensory garden had these giant pea pods with big peas. Sometimes you'll see some cool critters like frogs, geese, or turtles.

I went to this park yesterday and I enjoyed every minute of it. Came here with a friend for the nature walk. And saw a cute rabbit (as pictured). The fountains here in the lakes were mesmerizing and the park was pretty peaceful. I absolutely love it!
