El Sabor Latino Restaurant

I bought a lunch to go and they only put one small spoon of bean were in other place they will give you a small cup of bean. After I pay I asked the girl to what she told me that’s what the lunch bring. If I want more I have to pay extra. Thing that she never mentioned when she was servicing the food. I have eat and had bough lunch before never have such a issue in there. Don’t put a price to something and expected people to pay extra But lesson learned, now I know we’re I’m not going to be eating anymore. I guess you have the school kids that you can play those game.

How does $2.50 for 4 empanadas turn into $12 because according to them it’s $2 of taxes on top of that they didn’t have any taste and the meat ones were covered in oil. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ordered 2 lunches: pork chop with rice and beans and pork chop with maduros. Asked for Lemon and onions.
Picked up: No beans, no lemon, no onions. Was told onions would cost an additional $2. The price was more than quoted and more than on their website too.
The pork chops were both thin, old and flavorless. The maduros were not sweet at all.
All in all the food and customer service experience were both terrible. Never again.

Nice American food cooked Latino style

I tried to order a roast pork for an event. The first time I called she thought I was ordering a lunch special I said no I want to order a whole pernil, she hung up and kept hanging up on me, every time I tried to call. I said fine, the next day I tried to order again in hopes it would be a different experience and it was the same person. I tried to order and as soon as she heard my order she put the phone down and hasn’t pick it back up, it’s going on 49min on the line

Like home made typical Puerto Rican/Dominican/ food. Generous portions great value.

Great customer service. Pleasant waitstaff. And good food.
