The staff at this Marina are spectacular. They are incredibly supportive and accommodating, and have my grateful thanks for everything they did to help me. Kornelia, you are a rock star!
Taken tours out of this harbor, it's mostly clean, leaves you feeling refreshed leaving the harbor after a tour.
I thought Discovery Harbour was a good and well run marina. I’ve had our boat there for a few days to a week numerous times over the years while I flew home. In fact my boat is there now, while I’m home for a few days.
Just now, however, I got a call that they had boarded my boat without permission, unplugged it and moved it without permission. After the fact! No asking for permission or how to set and reset the breakers. No regard for the freezers, fridges, power surge of plugging back in while all the breakers were still on, etc.
Very poor marina management.

It was fun to spend a couple of hours there. We saw some marine life as well
The staff are super accommodating and facilities are very well taken care of . We took our boat in there for an overnighter to result. Nice and close to everything. Thanks!
It is clean and secure , a locked gate to keep things safe. People are friendly and there is a fish cleaning station. Good place for a walk 😁 some food available and whale watching companies, water taxi . Bear tours.
Berths are clean and tidy. Fees of $59 covers, berth, electricity, wifi, hot showers and a carpark space if required. Staff are friendly and helpful and the fuel dock is next door.
Campbell River is the Salmon fishing capital of Vancouver Island! Place is warmer than Vancouver.
