There are a lot of planes. You did a great job. I think it will be the best in the world. The spaceship was so big that I was surprised.

This has to be one of the most interesting museums I've ever visited. My colleagues and I were destined to have a good time and this one visit would have been enough.

if you're even remotely interested in aeronautics and electronics, this is the place. There is so much history about space craft, GPS systems, airplanes, and so much more. The electronic devices is what caught my attention. Technology has advanced so fast in such a short amount of time. I would consider this a true full family edutainment stop.

Absolutely stunning museum. I love everything in here from the space exhibits, planetarium to everything about aviation and cool related exhibits.

It’s a large space that will take a long time to go through everything so I recommend splitting the museum into a couple of days if you have the luxury of being in DC for a some time.

We spent most of our time ready about Orville and Wilbur Wright and all the cool science related information on flight.

There is a great cafe to try at the bottom near one of the gift shops that’s tasty and good for taking a little break from all the wonderful exhibits.

The planetarium is great and comfortable as well as informative and looks absolutely amazing when a video about space is being displayed.

We got to see this amazing museum on our trip to DC to see the Cherry blossoms bloom and the festival.

Good place in Washington DC to take 1st timers and kids/young adults of all ages and us adults/elderly. Truly something for all of us to consume and educate ourselves and have fun doing it.

What to get and expect?
Get free tickets, parking garages not far away, walk a little bit, expect a wait to get in, plenty of food trucks staged outside to tempt you, indoor food court with limited options but serve lunch and they have multiple gift shops on multiple floors.

See photos below.

Perfect Sunday afternoon outing! The National Air and Space Museum has something for everyone. Exhibits are spread out enough to provide ample room to not feel crowded. The technology used to tell the stories is up-to-date and relevant to the pieces. The location is immaculately clean. If you're hungry, grab a quick bite at the Mars Café on the lower level. Definitely recommend the mushroom, spinach, and brie flatbread!
