John W Engeman Theater At Northport

Have seen many shows here over the past ten years. Always a great experience. Nearly Broadway quality without going to NYC. Great customer service who worked with us when we couldn't make a show as well. A++

This isn’t a review on a play. I purchased tickets for my parents at this theater, something came up and I needed to change showtimes. I came in person to make the change but unfortunately I came during will-call and there was a line of people that they had to get in before they could help me. But the staff was incredibly courteous to me and apologized profusely for the wait. They even allowed me to change showtimes without paying the extra fee. It was only $10 and I tried to insist on paying but they really felt bad that I had to wait and so they waived the fee. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff at this theater for their kind and professional attitude and I know based on other reviews that the show my parents see will be amazing. Thanks again!

We are visiting from Florida and took my Dad to see Frosty with our 6 year old. We sat in row H seats 101-105 and the seats were great! The shoe was awesome and the audience participation kept my daughter engaged. One of my favorite things was how one character uses the pronouns of they/them. Coming from Florida we don't get to see the LGBTQ+ community represented and this was a breath of fresh air. There very well could have been a child in that audience who got to see themselves in the show. Thank you to the cast and crew for such a great show!

Beautiful venue. Nice bar with good sized drinks. Top notch actors singers and dancers. Terrific sets. Always a pleasure going to a play. A wonderful experience each and every time!

This theater is spectacular - the casts that we’ve seen have always been broadway caliber!! The lounge serves delicious drinks and the staff is wonderful and helpful - the theater itself is spotless and timeless and so unique. It’s situated in a town that has so much to offer! Going to this theater is our favorite type of date night and the fabulous talent keeps us running back for more time and time again! We are for sure lifelong patrons here and look forward to returning to countless shows here! Keep up the stellar work! You all rock!!!!

Have seen quite a few shows at Engeman theater and each time there is something unique to keep us coming back! Last night we saw Magaritaville and they had an open tiki bar on stage prior to start, very cute touch. And the regular bar had adorable drink and decorations to match. The performers were amazing just like going to a broadway show!

Nice little theater. Brought the kids here to watch Frozen Jr. Great performance. The person who played Elsa had a great voice.
