Their service was good, and they help you a lot with directions. The store is a place you can find day-day to needs and necessities, so bare that in mind.
They have a variety of products. Their prices are quite high though.
Expect about 5- 20% markup from market prices or prices at other marts. Also, they sometimes sell spoilt goods. Bought spoilt yoghurt there once and the return process was so exhausting. Bear in mind that we were still in the parking lot when we discovered it was spoilt so this was a return within 5 minutes.
The fruits section has spoilt items many times too.
I like being able to get all the ingredients fo my cooking in one place and they do carer to that. Just, proceed with caution.

Yes, this grocery store is fairly stocked but disjointed on the inside. Everything is everywhere. The product isles are not properly labeled, if at all.
There are only 2 paying points, so when it's busy there are queues of people waiting to pay.
But the parking outside is not bad. Enough space for average customers visit.

It's a one-stop shop you can get all your needs met in terms of food items, groceries, kitchen wares, electronics and other stuff
It's a large building that makes you go around each floor with enough space and also good parking space for your cars while you shop

If only i could give a zero star. Poor customer service, shelves are empty these days, meat section stinks and overall poor management. I used to go there only for the spinach but the last batch I bought was infected and rotten spinach, wrapped around with fresh ones. I cannot understand this level of deceit and horrible service.
