My best place to go to since I was a kid, I love everything in it, reminds me with the peace upon his soul my passed away father, it was my top incentive reward from him whenever I do something remarkable in my education or personal development, unfortunately most people work their lack the required ethics standards and can easily manipulate you to sell something lower than its value or even buy something by much more than it costs as a new when it's just a second hand or commodity product, I hope one day I will be the start of its change whenever I start my business there when I have the needed budget, may god will answer this request ( I know Allah will) this time sooner or later

A good place to Hangout with family or friends as this place serves for both. There are restaurants and plenty of shops in the complex. Usually Crowded too much at Thursdays and Fridays after 7PM. At Saturdays it is dependent mostly not much crowded throughout the day. Many shops within the complex and items available in quite affordable prices. There are also pharmacies nearby. The complex has a spacious parking as well as also has multiple electrical shops, costume shops, clothing stores and many more. It is a must place to be visited. Highly recommended if you are a shopper as things are affordable here.
