Decided to take my dogs there and low and behold I saw a bunch of tents and garbage everywhere. I did not know it was a park for homeless. I want to feel safe when I go there and I didn't. Will never go back.
Very nice park have pretty much everything my girls like to play with plus washroom.. yahoo! Big parking area, picnic tables around everywhere, that nice big tree for kids to climb up, really nice. And when we were there in the same time as the city guy came to spray the picnic tables, all the tables were so clean. Never seen before, made us way too happy that they took good care of it, new thing for me to see and know :-) The washroom is also clean. Will definitely go back again
Children make noise at times, but overall it's a small, cozy, local park where you can relax and rest.

My go-to park when in White Rock/ South Surrey area. This park is perfect for all ages. There's paved walkways and is accessible for people with mobility issues. There are mornings when residents living nearby do taichi and exercises and it is so inspiring to watch them getting fit. Some dog owners also go there for their 4-legged exercise routine. A decent portion of the park is dedicated for kids where they can enjoy swing, monkey bars, see-saw, and slides. Tables and benches are also available for picnics. In the corner of 154 and 18th, there's an amenity hall for rent for special occasions or events.
It's perfect for senior citizens like us to just sit down on the bench and simply pass time away while the kids play. It's more of a kid's park. It's a pocket park in the midst of bustling residential area in the White Rock/ South Surrey area. In addition, there's a community hall for rent in the park.
