Visited the centre to view a potential new family member. Lovely clean reception and viewing room. Staff brilliant informative and very dedicated to the animals they care for. Everyone very friendly and welcoming

Our experience of adopting our cat could not have gone smoother. We heard back quickly once we had filled our application out, had our virtual home visit and visited Holly within about a week. All our questions were answered, and we felt very supported through the process. Our cat needed some dental work so we took her back for this two weeks after adopting her, and again, the staff were very helpful and friendly, answering questions I had and giving us lots of information for supportive care.
They have checked in twice over the past year and would definitely adopt from them again when the time comes.

We adopted Winnie a year ago and everyone at CDCH have been amazing from day 1. I love the fact that they want to keep in touch and see how Winnie is doing and are there for advice if we need it. They were really thorough in their selection process too. I can’t fault them. Thank you CDCH for letting us adopt Winnie!

Fantastic staff, very caring facility looking after pets and ensuring that they find a good home.
We adopted a Shih Tzu and he’d had a complex eye operation carried out by the veterinary surgeon on-site. He is such a happy chappy thanks to the Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home.

Wonderful place and brilliant staff. Enabled me to rescue my best friend, Dougie. Keep in contact with me to see how he is getting on and always seem genuinely interested in the animal’s care and wellbeing. Cannot praise this place enough and the staff are angels.

This is an amazing charity and they really look after the animals in their care. We rescued a puppy from them and they often keep in touch to see how she is getting on. Highly recommend them
