This location is always consistent with food quality. Some employees are better than other like everywhere else.. they seem to let people hang out in the back seating area even without eating and it can get a little uncomfortable and just annoying. Otherwise great place

Dear Noodles & Co on Olive Blvd,

I think it's awesome you're organizing a holiday event for your employees. Top Golf is a lot of fun I hear. However, I am confused on why you stated the cost was $30?

The average pay is $15 an hour. Are they expected to work two hours just so they can pay to hang out with coworkers for another two hours? Are your employees not worth the $30 each to cover as a part of owning business?

I am just so confused by this sign. Noodles, I love your MacNCheese, but if your employees have to pay for their own work holiday outing, then Google must be really wrong about your worth, or you're just doing your employees wrong.

Went in today 11-19-23. Smelled the worst i have ever smelled. Like raw sewage. Had to leave. Actually skipped lunch it was so bad. If you ever cleaned out a sewer with a drain snake. Imagine that times 100.
You would have a more enjoyable time eating your lunch in a hot porta potty. NO REASON TO BE OPEN UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS.

Foods pretty good just a bit more expensive than what I'd like. I've ate there twice so far and would again. Service everyone has been friendly at the counter. Place was clean as well.

We love Noodles and Company but this one was not very clean. The bathrooms were terrible, no paper towels and one stall did not have any toilet paper. The floors were dirty and the sinks has stuff all over them. The restaurant it self had was not clean, the trash was full.and the counters were not wiped down. We usually visit this restaurant after my son's appointment, but we will be looking for a different place if this continues.

We just got take out and food was great! Service was fast. The three workers there were nice. The lady who took our order took the time to let my bf know what was in a few of the meals. She also let me know I had a reward, which most don’t! Would recommend, will be back! Thank you!

We order from work all of the time but today I had a craving and drove out to this CC location. I ordered the roasted garlic cream tortellini. I WAS DISSATISFIED THIS TIME. My tortellini was burnt and it tasted like it was burnt with gravy sauce. Ive had this dish about 6 times in all so I know this time it was not prepared correctly.

I used to come to this location regularly because I worked in the area. In the last few years, I hadn’t been back because I moved. Within the last week, I have been by twice because I went out of my way to get it. The first time I noticed that the restaurant had started to look pretty run down, but I didn’t really look hard because I had always had such a great experience in the past. When I went today, I realized how bad of shape the restaurant was in and how the staff couldn’t have cared less. To list a few things: half the ceiling lights were out, including in the Women’s restroom, the soda machine had fingerprints all over it and was incredibly sticky (I had to clean it off before using it myself), there are holes that were patched in the walls, but never painted back over, and there was only one trash receptacle that was so full, people had started piling up the bags/trash beside it. The list goes on and on, but needless to say, I will probably not be back unless major staff and interior changes are made. It’s unfortunate to see a decent restaurant go down the drain.
