Nice place
It's a quiet park...been a couple times. The playground (I believe to be new) is fun!
There is a picnic table and other benches. Large grassy area for sports play!

Still under construction (on Jan. 2021) but it looks like its will be a great neighborhood park. New play ground is ehatz being built, and there is a new bridge access from James St. into the park. It's a shame it is no longer a soccer field for the younger kids, but now lots of fun anytime.
