Jetski Rentals Muskoka

They never told me the weight capacity on the boat rental, and i boarded a 300 lbs friend, and we both flipped. The jetski never sunk in as we managed to flip it within 30 seconds. Needless to say, the jetski was already damaged as is, but I tend to think people are nicer, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They charged insurance, kept the security deposit, and charged me an extra day for jetski not being used for a business day due to repairs. The repair was flushing out the oil, and they charged me more than $1800 for it. I returned the jet ski within 4 hours, but i was still charged for the whole day. $800/day + $3000 security deposit + $800(for repair day) + insurance. They told me they'll refund me $1200 out of the almost $5000 they charged me for using their services. It's been over a month, and I haven't received the refund. I highly recommend not to use their services. I usually don't give people negative reviews, but it's been over a month, and i feel like i won't ever see the $1200. I'm open to recommendations for any lawyers if I'm outright robbed by these people. Also, they are operating under a different business name. I guess if anyone's to report their ill practices, they would be able to dodge it with "oh, thats a different business". I feel so bad posting all this but I'm sorry it doesn't take 30+ days to issue a refund.

I wish i can give ratings in negative cause they are just robbing people with showing damages which you are not even making
So make sure to double check everything and try to find another rentals or else you can be a victim of it.

Fraud Alert - Selling your number to scammers, don’t give this business your money. Their phone menu says they have an offer and asks you if anyone in your household is over 55.. if you say yes you will immediately be bombarded with calls saying “a warrant has been issued for your arrest.. blah blah blah“. The owner of this business is clearly a bad person.

Awesome place! Boats are in great condition, prices are good, and the people are super nice to deal with. I would definatey recommend

Just really crazy expensive, i rent a lot of jetski before even in the USA and ive never pay that kind of price....and guess whatt you have to pay your gas and they decide the price "1.60 L" and all the jetski are already sratch and really basic. Anyway they are cool but you need to be rich to go there and have fun without thinking about your next credit card bill 🤦
