I have thought long and hard about writing this review, but I feel that this review will help people steel clear of this company.
I originally went to this company because they prided themselves on being a boutique company which in my mind meant that they were slightly smaller than some of the bigger firms so there would be a bit more of a personal experience and support. Well, how wrong was I!!!. They never call you back ever, on top of which I was constantly being told contradictory information. In the beginning Kaitlin was the person I was in contact with but if ever I asked her to explain what it was she wanted (because some things are just so confusing), she would be quite short handed with answers and on some occasions pretty rude. Given the fact I have never been through the immigration process myself, I thought she may be a bit more forgiving but no. There was very little support if any, which was really quite hard. I felt like I was going through the immigration process on my own which is a minefield. Anyway, just as I got my change of status last year, and the visa application was ready to be submitted, they decided that they were pulling the plug on my visa (which they had already been paid for). All the information was there. The application was done, the business plan, and they had all of the documentation. All they had to do was submit it, but they refused. Their reasoning being that they had sent me enough emails and I had enough of their time. What time? There was absolutely no support, and nothing in the contract to say you get a quota of emails and that's it they're done with you. Anyway long story short, I paid for a visa they did not follow through with. If you want support going through the immigration process (which you will need as it is pretty complicated at times), do yourselves a favour and go to an immigration lawyer that not only will follow through with what you pay them to do, but care, and won't leave you high and dry, AND will also help and support you through the process.

The team expertly helped me navigate the entire process in a very efficient way. Kaitlin was recommended to me by an associate and I engaged her services to apply for an E2 Treaty Investor visa to enter the US and subsequently an EB-5 (Green Card).
