Dear walgreens/duane reade. For online order pickups please stop saying go to photocenter.... i ordered online because i am sick and did not want to contaminate your store. I went to the photocenter as directed by your message... the employee at the photocenter yelled at me for not being in the "one line" . I was only following your directions. I would give one star except the male cashier was embarrassed and nice.
By far the worst store. I came in to drop off a package and they didn’t have the printer for labels. Came in to take a passport pic and their system was down, came in to print a pic they didn’t have the cord for my phone to connect to the computer. Terrible customer service.
Super rude staff. I called to inquire about my life saving equipment and the person at the other end did not even have the decency to treat me like human leave alone show some empathy
abysmal pharmacy experience every single time. always 7+ people in line. left for two hours to let line die down and was 10 people when I returned.
Came into the pharmacy, patiently waited for my medication. When I got home and took the medication out the bag, the bag was wet from the bottle not being closed properly.
I called the pharmacy and they tell me I have to call me doctor to send in another prescription.
Now I’m home with an irritated baby and no medication.
Is it my responsibility to check to see if they have properly secured my medication?

Monopolization of pharmacies in the United States leads to too—few stores and long waits for customers.
The pharmacy has always been unreliable. Lately, however, it has been much worse. My prescriptions are delayed or messed up, no one answers the phone anymore, and the lines are just insane. Today I reached my breaking point after my prescription was delayed again, and when I called to find out why, I waited for over 30 minutes - only to have my call answered but muted and just left there. I could hear everything on their side - including personal health information from other patients - but they had me muted so did not get my question answered. Do not use this pharmacy.
