Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy . The beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again

We had recently arranged a small get together here. Service was excellent with good food. Joji the coordinator was very courteous and available throughout the program for assistance. The servers were very humble and catered to the needs of the guests promptly. Place was clean and will definitely go there again.

Some front office staff need more training. Need to train them to smile at least.. I stayed with family for two days and myself stayed for a week. Didnt feel like a four star.

Went for new year party ..,
A Gr8 exceptional experience…. Guests nearly 3000… food for nearly 300… no water … only one or two cans … no water bottles served .. party was from 7:30 to 0:30 … food finished at 8:45 … then bouncers took over .. started to misbehave with guests … no management staffs were available …
Even when food was available.. only one set of counter … people had to take food like refugees .. as if it was given to them … after paying 1500 bucks .. only one live kitchen .,

A great property.
Bathrooms have no exhaust fans
Washrooms outside restaurant in ground floor not maintained, the smell carries through to reception.
Reception staff have no idea what rooms' orientation are. They actually offer coracle rides to guests, but staff are not positioned near coracles at the time stated 10 am.
Safety near waterways is an issue, since the embarkation points are not manned.
Bar is like a shady unlit space.
Guests are not issued two key cards, second key is issued to housekeeping, who enter room, whether or not you ask for cleaning.
No 'do not disturb' signages issued either.

I think it’s the worst hotel experience I ever had. The room was dirty as hell, everywhere was dirt and probably no one is cleaning probably. The chips from the minibar was open already. Room service not available. Water didn’t worked for almost a day. The housekeeping stuff entered my room, but I had the sign to “not disturb me” on my door. Really bad experience. Could recommend at all

Extremely poor service, badly maintained, grossly understaffed, unprofessional & thuggish management. After confirming reservations with advance payment, when guests arrive, insist on balance payment before using facilities.
When faulty service and not providing the committed services are pointed out, the management insists that bills be fully settled instantly or threatened with police action.
Blocks restaurant guests from stepping in to the washroom before paying the restaurant bills. The food served too was bad.
