Four of us had a Saturday lunch here. The restaurant was packed, but we were quickly seated. The waiter was really attentive and rapidly explained the menu and at the same time told us that we had the table for 2 1/2 hours which, at the time, sounded fine. We ordered wine which was excellent, but on the expensive side. Our first course arrived quickly and the food was tasty and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the next course took 45 minutes to arrive which somewhat made a mockery of the table time limit. The food was absolutely superb, my steak was cooked to perfection and it was one of the best restaurant meals that I've had for a long time. After the main course, the dessert arrived quickly. As we were finishing up dessert, our waiter started reminding us of the table time limit and (very politely) suggesting that it was time to leave - which we did. The restaurant itself was fine, also there was an almost comical amount of space given over to coats - with people trying to hang five or six coats on one hook. Inevitably, people's coats ended up on the floor as diners came and went. All in all, the food was phenomenal the wine good but overpriced, the wait staff excellent and the restaurant cosy. The biggest negative was the long wait for our main course and the feeling or being rushed out of the door as we finished up dessert.

I enjoyed very cozy and relaxing atmosphere in this Nordic minimalism interior design restaurant. After all, atmosphere is one of the key difference makers in restaurant scene after the key factor which is food.

Service was friendly, genuine, professional but also easygoing which is very enjoyable combination.
Servings were well explained.
Only thing to consider improving would have been at least few words about wine origin and flavour with couple suggestions.
Would compliment otherwise good wine menu.

Good is technically sound with nice flavours and textures. Fits the general look and feel of the restaurant very well.
Yet not exceptional to be memorable or unique from similar type restaurants in Copenhagen.

Staff emphasis when serving pointed out two servings. Home baked bread and somewhat non traditional presentation of Patatas Bravas.
Both were indeed very tasty but I would have expected mains to be more of highlight.

All in all, good choice for visiting with easygoing food loving friend(s).
Perhaps also as ice breaker spot on a first date.

Had an exquisite experience at Theo in Copenhagen! The tasting menu was a culinary delight, and the charming atmosphere in the heart of the city added to the overall enjoyment.

Went for the three-course lunch menu earlier today and it was fantastic!

The restaurant is small, cozy and never felt too loud although it got busy. Service is excellent, quick and polite. And the food, just delicious! Plates were very interesting and perfectly executed, and portions were generous. We will definitely be back. Wine list per glass offers a reasonable variety of Italian and French wines. Well done 👏🏻

I appreciate the a la carte menu. We had all 4 appetizers on the menu and they were all delicious and unique.
Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate that Theo was accommodating to our food allergies and nice about it.
The cocktails we had were great and my husband enjoyed the wine pairing with his set menu.
The reason it is not a 5 all around is that the table we were seated at had a bench and the cushion did not sit back all the way due to a bump out in the wall. It was a bit uncomfortable. The main beef dish had. Sirloin steak and while it had good flavor it was chewy. Overall it was great and we will visit again .

I went to eat here for a birthday celebration of a friend and it was clear that the waitstaff that day were new, as they were unable to explain the food we received. Also, as we were opening gifts, we received the dessert, and the timing between appetizers, main course, and dessert was just not that great. We either felt the waitstaff had forgotten about our table (slow with clearing plates) or that they were in a rush, with guests coming right after us. They also politely asked us to leave, as the next guests were coming, but it would have been great to be notified 30 minutes in advance, and not so suddenly. However, when it comes to the food, there are no negative remarks here. We had the set menu, and the food was absolutely delicious. I have even rebooked for another time to try more items on the menu that were not part of the set menu. I hope that when I return, the service will be better, as it is the only aspect bringing down the overall experience.

A very small and cozy place in the middle of Copenhagen K.
For dinner they have an a la carte menu and a fixed one with appetizers, main course and dessert. The food was amazing, the dishes well prepared and the waiters explained everything to us, with patience and professionalism.
Super recommend!
