Beautiful store with so many nice items!!!
Everything was very reasonably priced. Shoko was amazing, helpful and so kind. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re an anime fan!!!

Fun lil store with many different trinkets and toys to choose from. Located in a really busy parking lot. They have a lot types of anime, figurines and toys to choose from

Such a great place to buy the gift, toys and even essentials. Nice friendly staffs. A must visit place in sawtelle. People say expensive but I think they are very reasonable considering transportation and stuff.

I haven’t experienced the rude staff that the other reviews are talking about, and I have been to this store many times. My only issue is that the prices are higher compared to other places where the exact same products are sold.

The sales associate with half her hair bleached followed my friend's two year old daughter around and the moment the she touched anything, the sales associate would bark demands "Don't touch that!" "That's not for sale!".

She stomped away and talked down about my friend in Japanese to the manager. We have a friend who understood Japanese and heard it all.

Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional staff, I would not come back.

If I could rate this less than 1 star then I would. The level of utter disrespect that the associates showed this evening to my friend, her husband and her daughter is mind blowing and unacceptable. No one should be treated this way. We went in the store after dinner to take a look at some gifts since we are visiting town. The moment we walked in, the staff were eyeing us like hawks, making us feel uncomfortable. The moment my friend’s daughter touched something, one of the associates hurried over and told my friend, her husband and the baby off, that they shouldn’t touch things. She then walked away and in Japanese spoke to the other associate about my friend and her husband and baby being rude, not knowing that one of us in our group is a fluent Japanese speaker.

We returned back to speak to the two associates and the manager about what she said and how it is rude and no customer should be treated that way or spoken to about that. In utter disbelief when the manager apologized but defended her associates for their rude actions.

Would not recommend going here. You can support other small businesses that sell the same products.
