Nice complex to allow you to go under the city and see the base of the pillars and very importantly the ingenious cloaca system.

Good start point of the four Roman attractions. Video starts at the beginning of each hour.

I visited as part of the multiple museum pass. The Museo del Foro was my third stop of five.

The underground was well preserved and I enjoyed the view from inside one of the large drains. The video and models were very interesting.

A visit to the ancient colony of Caesaraugusta provides insight into what life was like during Roman times.

The museum is located under the pavement of today's la Seo Square, and displays the archaeological remains of the city's ancient Roman Forum during the time of Emperor Tiberius. Also preserved are remnants of a marketplace, plumbing, a cloaca, and a few store walls from the time of Augustus, the period when Zaragoza was founded. The exhibit is complemented an impressive audiovisual installation.

Fascinating underground view of the Roman city with a good audiovisual presentation too. We bought tickets for 4 Roman museums but be aware they close from 2-5 so go for a long lunch if you get caught!
