K Pop Pink Store

rude customer service. items are priced incorrectly and workers get upset when you let them know. albums are also incomplete, how are you gonna sell an album for twice the price and not even have all the inclusions. also 90% of this store is aliexpress items marked up 900%.

It's one thing for their items to be so expensive, but it's another to not get what you paid for? When you buy an album, you expect to get all inclusions- they don't always do that, here. You can buy one of their albums FULL PRICE and a big poster or stickers or whatever the case may be, might be missing :/ I talked to them on the phone about it because purchasing the same album elsewhere made me realize I didn't get everything I was supposed to get with their album. The lady on the phone said sometimes some albums won't have everything in them because there's not enough, like? What? And the thing is, they don't even tell their customers about this. They don't tell you this fact at the register. When I asked if they tell their customers this, the lady on the phone said, "They don't ask" ????? Why would we ask if it's ASSUMED everything is included?? And the worst part is I couldn't do anything about it because I already opened the package. I understand their policy is all sales are final, but in this case, I truly feel like it wasn't fair. How was I supposed to know not everything was included if they didn't tell me and I didn't open the package to see? And I was even given attitude on the phone to make me look dumb :/ I asked if there was any way I can recieve the poster now (implying when they have more shipments), and she said, "how am I supposed to do that when we don't have any." With an rude tone :/ I'm just really sad because their albums are more expensive than normal, and it feels like I wasted my money :( Be careful y'all

This location is quite spacious and has some good merchandise. Friendly staff and well organized.

I love this store. Here a lot of albums choices and in general they have a lot of stuff. Everything is good quality. Totally recommend this.

I love kpop this store is awesome and beautiful!!! But once I saw the cashier I left. I loved kpop since I was in high school n the cashier used to make fun of me for liking kpop. I was really uncomfortable when I saw them there. 😕 really wish they got to know their employees. Never going back

They were super helpful and sweet! Overall a great experience and they have a great variety of a bit of everything! Recommend for anyone in the IE :)

very happy with overall service. i was looking for items for my 2 young children. the team member Nora was ever so helpful. not only she found the right stuff for me but guide me to the get the right deal. very happy with overall experience.
