Good and friendly staff explain nicely when i need the more information of the kitchen equipment.
Absolutely horrendous kitchen supplier.
From the get go the sales person will be extremely on the ball. Once you have purchased their stock everything goes out the window
Equipment delivered wasnt on time further more fridges came unusable and had to be replaced. Some of their equipment even new ones were faulty and they needed days to solve the issue.
Fast forward throughout the year, warranty is claimed against most of the equipment due to it failing within weeks or months of purchase, when coming in to replace their repair and service staff are super slip shot with their work. Usually just rushing through and doing a job that was either half done or not done properly which lead to more issue.
Absolutely no care for their surroundings when moving head equipment, tore a hole through my partition wall, damaged flooring and electrical sockets, even with CCTV footage to prove they still feign innocence and refuse to solve the problem even after being brought up to their heads, Steven and , Scott where I was brushed aside and ask to not call them and speak to the customer service or sales team instead.

Contractor never shown in detail the item and hardly can make it on time ..item came not suitable n only can put a few dishes and the rest item also not stable .not only one of the so call staff still throw xyz when time constraints to meet the dateline...if can avoid please go else where ...pass the matter to case to handle....bad experience
bought an ice machine with 3 months warranty and the appliance broke down, sent a repair man who didn’t know what he was doing. have some stupid excuse about the “cap falling off” (dude, really?) and then was super confident the machine will work. next day, we had a huge leak overnight to clean in the shop. called them, they said they busy will schedule again etc.. the guy came down to “check” this time said the ice maker blade fell out causing the leak.. he apparently “fixed it” but 2 hours later, the leak became worst. called the office, they said that “oh everyone call also say it’s urgent”. wow excellent customer recovery and service. how about you think twice the next time you send an unqualified technician to a business?
Very fast and helpful staff! When there were issues, support was provided very promptly! Already had a few purchases from them, highly recommended!

Kindly do not purchase any of the fridge in Advanced Kitchen Equipment. This is a misleading company that hook consumer to purchase 2nd hand fridge by telling you that they have done the servicing on their company, will deliver in good condition, they willl free 3months warranty. However after 2months the chiller will eventually build up iced and not cold. Once you finish the warranty life span eventually the controller of the commerical chiller will be spoilt, This way you have to engage them again to pay for the controller fee and labour fee cost.
Called them up, however they say they cannot do anything. Do a regular kick with peers to my surprise they have several complaint from my peers, look like in the market they use this method to live. Guys don't ever think of them, there are alot more in the market have integrity.
This will be my last round engage them for any services and business.
