Food is very nice! However beware of the spicy level, ordered a 20 and it feels like taking a hair wash after eating.

We ordered level 10, too spicy for us. I like the vegetables, tasted so good. Recommended if you like spicy or curry food.

The seasonal items were great. I heard soup curries are a hokkaido specialty, but it's done really well here too. If you enjoy having your food spicy, I would recommend level 20. Level 30 might be a challenge for most.
Strongly recommend the sausage with the bone-in. Wondered why it cost 550yen but after trying it, it's worth every cent.
Vegetables were lightly charred and extremely fresh. Super tasty even for a carnivore like me.
The blueberry lassi was alright, but a bit small for the price.
They had English and Chinese menus available.

Terrible restaurant - we 4 people waited in front of shop for 40 mins starting from 14.20, and at 14.55 there were two tables available (together 4 seats) and a staff come out and asked how many are waiting, we said 4, and she went back to shop without saying anything. We thought she might wanted us to sit together so we should be waiting for a larger table. And ridiculously, at 15.01 the staff come out again and said LO time passed and asked us to leave?!
Wasted 40 mins in this terrible place, where the Asian staff (don’t know where they come from but looks like SEA) is doing everything they can do to be lazy and not serving you.
If you wish to be waiting like a fool you can try visiting this shop.

This place goes hard. Curry was sensational. I had the special with the sausage and coconut soup base. My lame description does not bring it justice. Portions are large and staff are lovely humans. Probably one of the top places to try in Japan. Oh yeah try the yogurt drink.

Seriously good curry. This isn’t your regular Japanese curry - they have several curry bases along with veggie and meat options like chicken, gyoza and coriander, and hamburg steak. I’d recommend the gyoza coriander with coconut curry! On top of that, they were super fast to seat us, have nice staff, and it wasn’t too loud inside. They have alcohol and vegetarian options as well!

5 years in Japan and this was one of my absolute favourite restaurants that I've ever had the chance to visit.
First stumbled upon this humble little restaurant when we were queuing for the crepe downstairs, as most restaurants at that area were either already closed or booked for the night we just decided to try our luck.
Once inside we were instantly greeted warmly by the staff, and to our surprise the restaurant was mostly empty! The staff also kindly handed us an English version of the menu when they knew some of us could not understand Japanese.
More surprise came when we flipped open the menu - wide variety of curries with different kinds of toppings, and we got to not only customise the type of curry, we could also adjust the level of spice. (Also you get to choose one extra topping if it happens to be your birthday month hehe) (and one more if you follow them on ig)
Came in a big group and naturally with many different requests (😂) but the staff was so very patient and attentive to all of our needs.
The biggest surprise though, was that the curry actually tasted absolutely fanta-freaking-tastic. Ordered the chicken vegetable curry with creamy ebi soup and my first sip of the soup almost had me in tears it was that good!
The curry was so flavourful and creamy with the perfect amount of spice (ordered a lvl 15), have had many good soup curries in Hokkaido (where soup curries originated) but that moment I thought these just blew those out of the water. The vegetables that came with it soaked up the flavour of the curry really well, and somehow still managed to keep crisp edges that I oh so loved. And the chicken was oh-so-tender and went so well with the fluffy Japanese rice ☺️ an instant favourite. Really high praise from my cousins who visited as well, one even said that was the best meal he's had during his 1w+ trip to Japan. It's THAT good
So good indeed that I just HAD to go back for the last time before leaving the country for good 😭
