Went for their lunch course (¥5,500 with tax). It was very good and even though I don’t speak much Japanese and them English, they tried their best to communicate. Overall great service and very filling. Would recommend/go again! I made my reservation on pocket concierge about 2 weeks in advance just in case. Located under a family mart at this address.

This experience has so far been the highlight of my 2 week Japan Trip. I have another one coming up in Kyoto but Sudachi has set really high expectations.
We booked a lunch reservation for ¥8,800 2 weeks ago.
If you’re looking for a private experience I recommend booking a Table if you want to see how your meal is prepared book a counter . We booked the former as we’d like privacy and can take pictures of our food from all angles and be a little goofy/talkative in between meals.
At the time of our visit there were ~3 chefs close to 15 guests so the entire place was intimate but not claustrophobic . Our own private area was huge by Japanese standards. The restaurant has been in the business for over 9years (surprising with the lack of reviews corresponding to years in operation )
Now onto the meal. Since I took the middle plan we were served 12 dishes in 9 intervals , our host was very detailed in explaining each of the dishes and also suggested how the meal is supposed to be had, few required mixing up. He also gave an explanation on each dish and the menu changes monthly.
Our menu was comprised mainly sea food along with a couple of dishes of tofu and a dish comprising of wagyu and duck.
At the end of the meal we were really full and also had left over rice to take home .
We ordered non alcoholic yuzu which was pricier but complemented our meal.

The dinner course is pricier because the the course comprises of additional dishes as well as sushi.

One of the best meals I have ever had in Japan. If you’re in Tokyo, don’t think twice, go eat here, they have a reasonably priced lunch ($40), that is just exquisite.
The rhythm of the dishes, the service and quality of the food is outstanding.
I came out feeling very calm, satisfied. Thank you!

I came here for lunch was absolutely amazed by the quality of the food. Been to manage japanese kaiseiki style restaurants and found Sudachi offer the best quality with reasonable price . I will come back for dinner course which is only cost 8800yen .

Good price, many delicious Japanese dishes, very hidden Gem. Sad the head chef moved to the other restaurant.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. The place is a little hard to find, but as soon as I walked in, the staff warmly welcomed me, took my jacket and offered me a seat.

All of the food dishes were superb but the ones that stood out to me the most were the sushi, sharkfin soup and anglerfish liver. What impressed me as much as the food if not more was the staff's behavior: they were always attentive and focused, and the way they prepared the food, set it in front of me and explained each plate showed their dedication and empathy to their craft and their customers.

Even after when I misunderstood what the final cost would be, they kindly offered to refund part of the cost and were extremely gracious in doing so. I doubt most restaurants of their caliber would be willing to go this far for their customer's satisfaction.

I will definitely be dining here in the future and highly recommend others to do so as well.

The location is a bit secluded since the restaurant is underneath the Family Mart with a small unnoticeable sign in front. This is our second visit for dinner course to enjoy with Sake here. They served mix Japanese dishes with traditional and modern cooking. The raw materials are very good so you can still feel the freshness of each dish. The multi-course meal is quite plentiful. You can taste the purity of many dishes. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommend. Reservation is definitely required.

Sudachi is located on a side street in the Minato area. It was hard to spot at first, but it is located underneath a Family Mart convenience store. There is a staircase located to the side of Family Mart where you can access this restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and very high-class feeling. There are small private dining "cubicles" for larger parties. To my knowledge, this place is reservation only and serves a kaiseki (懐石) form of meal. The food was great and the staff was very attentive. Always checking up on our party as well as explaining each dish as best as possible with their limited English. Sudachi offers high level of dining and is worth checking out if you are visiting Tokyo.
