Our second visit after many years! The food and wine are both exceptional. Each dish owns a great and delicate taste that mix Japanese and French well. We will come back for sure!

Nice Two Star restaurant ... Sticking out positively: The wagyu was really excellent !! The broad wine selection as well - at comparatively fair prices. Staff was trying hard. Thank you šŸ™.
The chef we did not see.
But why does the restaurant offer actively extra portion of truffles for 2.000 JPY ? We tought it was a bit cheesy when you have a total bill of almost 300.000 JPY (4 pax - including mentioned top wines).

Got the vegetarian course. Food was okay, nothing spectacular or extra tasty. Ambiance yes claustrophobic. Restaurant is hard to find. Bread was bad. Service made comments which I found to be in bad taste; service also felt too attentive and lacked privacy. Didnā€™t feel accepted or comfortable when making reservation. The two best items were the single amuse bouche pani puri and the mignardises chocolate covered pecans. Not worth 88k yen for two courses, 6 drink orders, and a chocolate cake. By the way the cake was super dry šŸ˜”

We wanted to experience Michelin star at Tokyo, and we are vegetarians so we picked Edition Koji Shimomura. It was a delightful experience. Chef Koji personally accommodated us for a table at the last minute & created this 8 course vegetarian meal. Itā€™s steeply priced but itā€™s an experience worth trying!

We had a fantastic 9 course vegan tasting menu here! While in Tokyo, we were really keen on visiting a Michelin starred restaurant, but being vegan can make that difficult - especially in Japan. But it was no problem here! We just requested the vegan menu when making reservations online and Chef made us delicious, artful dishes. It was a lovely afternoon and we went about 2 hours enjoying everything.

The only thing I didn't really love was the ambiance, it had a very stereotypical "fancy restaurant" vibe and I felt like we were being watched by the staff the whole time. But that wasn't enough to take away from our enjoyment and we would recommend -- especially for vegan fine dineing!

The chef takes risks with heavy flavoring and multiple dissonant ingredients leading to some notable hits (a duck with shaved truffle and an assortment of Asian vegetables) and misses in an opinionated set course. Wine pairing is US centric and more than a tad Whole Foods-ish.

We came here for a romantic celebration lunch with my spouse. We booked the Edition menu (with 10 courses) + a celebration cake. We booked via TableCheck and the booking process was a bit confusing. Too many menu options and we booked for 2 people but the confirmation was for 3 people. We realise the issue only 1 hour before the booking and we called the restaurant up and after a bit of discussion they were so kind not to charge us for the 3rd person. We booked for the 12:30 slot but it was a terrible rainy day and we were super late plus the taxi dropped us in the wrong location. We were late but they did not have an issue with it. The restaurant is located in the same building of a residential building (Oakwood Residence Roppongi T Cube) but in the lower street level. We were dropped on the higher street level and couldnā€™t figure out the location. If you cab it there make sure they drop you on the lower level. The restaurant is quite small but very spacious (5 tables and one private room). Restaurant style seating and no visible kitchen. The food was absolutely spectacular and everything was quite seasonal which we really appreciated. The service was seamless and not over the top. They offer alcohol and non alcohol wine pairing with a number of options of glasses (3/4/5). Everything was great but we loved the desserts and the oyster in particular. They are super flexible and attentive with dietary requirements. We both have allergies and I am pregnant on top so nothing raw was served and they checked everything with me before preparing most of the dishes. We had load of food but did not feel stuffed at the end of it. It was the right amount of food. We took the birthday cake take away and it was the perfect breakfast treat for the entire family. Highly recommend for occasion dining or business meeting. Quite and welcome atmosphere.
