Morgan was great she helped me getting the trousers I wanted for my size by ordering them online for me as they were not available in store

Don't expect exceptional customer service unless you are handing over cash and helping towards the weekly target. These guys are trained to miniminse refunds and exchanges with robotic responses from staff quoting terms and conditions.
After having to drive out of my way back to Crawley (not my local area) to return a jumper that was falling apart after only a months use, I decided to try and exchange (not return) another hoodie I had purchased which was too large and only a few days outside the returns period. I reasoned that it would be fair for Superdry to show some goodwill as we had to make a journey out of our way and at our own expense to exchange a jumper which was faulty. There was not an apology for the situation but mere automated responses, apologizing for the policy instead. I was polite and tried to reason, explaining that I was only looking for an exchange and do you not think that is fair, only to get a repeat of the same answer. When I asked if there was a manager on site who could make a call on this and override the policy, that's when they informed me that I was speaking to the manager.
Really used to like Superdry, but I guess they're just another corporate company in the disguise of a trendy fashion outfit.

Really like this shop, always buying from here and online. Went today because i wanted to try on a particular coat before i ordered it online in the sale as the sizes can be different depending what u buy. Unfortunately they didn't have the coat so don't know what size i will need. However there was a friendly lady who was really helpful in finding a scarf for me that wasn't on display next to the matching gloves.

Spoke to the manager with regards a complaint about their online business model' she stated they were separate businesses so couldn't help me. as it was only a small loss on my part not to much of a problem but as i told her i don't like that business model and being a new customer to Superdry i wont be coming back and am out

This is a logo brand name base product. Whether the product are worth the money or overpriced clothes is up to the individual. Nevertheless the style are I would say quite good. It up to public to make their own mind up.

No staff around, music too loud to have a reasonable conversation. Products are nice, but expensive. I've had Superdry hoodies that have lasted me 5-6 years with no sign of wear, but my god the shopping experience and price point is awful.
