Osteria Capri

Had a 5:30 pm Saturday reservation and requested a table outside on the rear deck - we were seated right away at a table with a perfect view of an amazing sunset. Started with the Caesar salad which was very good with a nice amount of dressing. My wife and I both had the Chilean Sea Bass special which was delicious - the fish portion was larger than expected and along with the risotto was cooked perfectly. We finished with the Chocolate Mousse and Salted Caramel Gelato desserts which were perfect in capping off a wonderful dinner. Highly recommend and would definitely go again!

Osteria capri was absolutely amazing! We showed up a little earlier before they opened and the chef, AJ black was kind enough to open his doors early for us and cook! He is an amazing and skilled chef who has cooked the best Italian food we have ever eaten. The waiter John was also amazing! His service was impeccable and very welcoming! We will be coming back!

Such a lovely dinner with a beautiful view! Our server, Liam, was exceptional, attentive and more than accommodating. Liam also made delicious cocktails! Food was impeccable. Came here to celebrate our anniversary per recommendation. We will most definitely be back!

EXCELLENT! The food, the service, the friendly atmosphere. I had a veal chop on a bed of noodles in a sauce that was absolutely incredible! I've never tasted anything like that, so GOOD! I'm trying to cut down on carbs so usually I just sample a noodle or two, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to not devour the entire meal! Our waiter Dylan was very informative, patient, attentive. We also had a visit to our table by owner A.J. and Chef Mike. We will definitely be back, and bringing more friends!

This is a very classic Italian place. From the servers to the view, to the food, everything tasted fresh and amazing. I was even impressed by the taste and quality of the bread that they serve you at the beginning of your meal. There is indoor and outdoor sitting. Personally, I think the view is more enjoyable from the outside. The restaurant is right next to the water and it gives you a great view when the sun is coming down. We ordered octopus as an appetizer and it was delicious. The caesar salad is a MUST! It has a lemon touch to it that makes it amazing. We got pasta carbonara which was tasty and a Lasagna which is definitely a 10/10. Prices are a little high but the place and the service is worth the time and the experience. Will definitely go back!

Had lunch today at Osteria for the first time based on a recommendation. It was great. Not sure why they have less than 4 stars. My wife got a cosmopolitan and it was perfect. The waitress was super nice and shared her recipe for the drink. I had the pizza Napoletana and it was the best pizza I’ve had in SWFL. Delicious. My wife had the pesto pasta with chicken and it was great as well. Gonna come back and try dinner service.
